While Cattle Decapitation write the followup release to 2015’s “The Anthropocene Extinction”, the band did a Spring/Summer 2018 T-Shirt collaboration withGruesome Graphx! Each shirt design is based on one song from all 8 Cattle Decapitation album that we’ve never done designs for in the past! They’re all available for purchase NOW from the band’s USAIndieMerchstore in all their disgustingly thought-provoking glory!

2012’s Monolith of Inhumanity closes out the Gruesome Graphix 4 month long collab with “Your Disposal”. Humanity flushed down the toilet. “A lifetime of stains, wasting away slowly down the drain…”

From the most vengeful record in their discography, 2006’s Karma.Bloody.Karma, the track “Total Gore” gets the T-Shirt treatment as part of the final installment in the Cattle Decapitation collaboration with Gruesome Graphix. Steve, Bessy and Johnny all munching away on some random dude. Nice.

Here we see our beloved mascot cackling into the night while wading in the remains of all of the humans who have been processed on the harvest floor of one of our many rendering facilities. Fun fact: this image’s idea was actually the original idea for the album cover art for Humanure but was eventually rejected and replaced with the now iconic image of the cow expelling human waste!

The plasma of fast food has to go somewhere… In the recesses of the parking lots at most fast food chains lies the grease disposal unit. A calamitous canister of carcinogenic crude. It lies festering, awaiting its daily meal of used oil now seeping from every pore. For this particular lard lover seen here its bath time! Nasty!!!

Originally penned in 2001 and done so in the usual “table-turning” fashion of The Decap, “Testicular Manslaughter” was a response to the rampant misogyny prevalent in brutal death metal at the time. What resulted was the brutality that came in the form of this song that has been a frequent staple in Cattle’s set ever since.

Here we see our mad cow turning the tables on a doctor who previously tested on animals in the name of human vanity; cosmetics. We ordered up a special tincture of dehydrodesoxymorphine aka “Krokodil” and have carelessly administered it to various parts of his body, ultimately destroying tissues and exposing bone in a disturbing display of vengeful art.

CHUMMIFIED: Sharks. One of Earth’s most misunderstood predators gets a little tasty treat in the form of a frozen bucket of body parts that the lyrics refer to as a “human gore-sicle”. Just when you thought it was safe to put on a T-shirt!

Not just a funny name for the sake of irony, “Cattle Decapitation” is also a metaphor for the destruction of the human race as seen here on the Decapitation of Cattle design. A bleak, dark print with an image that presents a table-turning approach to what many animals experience in factory farms.

SCORCHED: ‘Mortuary Of Nightmares’ From Delaware Death Crew Out Now ‘Ecliptic Butchery’ Preorders Available At 20 Buck Spin

“Mortuary Of Nightmares” is the fresh heap of carnage to drop from Delaware death metal crewSCORCHED and their impending Ecliptic Butchery LP, nearing release in September through 20 Buck Spin. The track is now streaming as the label issues preorders for the album.

Produced, mixed, and mastered by Arthur Rizk (Tomb Mold, Pissgrave, Prurient), the impossibly heavy recording, seething, and slicing, exemplifies the ideal SCORCHED operating theater for the band’s uniquely gut-wrenching death metal. Completed with cover art by Misanthropic Illustrations,Ecliptic Butchery is simply one of the most malicious onslaughts of 2018. Fans of Vastum, Suffocation, Cannibal Corpse, Extremity, Witch Vomit, Necrot, Exhumed, and Homewrecker need to get SCORCHED.

With “Mortuary Of Nightmares,” Ecliptic Butchery‘s grotesque sixth cut, SCORCHED offers, “This song is a combination of some of the more weird riffs and ideas that we’ve played with along with some of the heaviest parts in our opinion. Really blends well to create one of our most unique and favorite tracks from this album.”

Stream SCORCHED’s “Mortuary Of Nightmares”

“Exhibits Of Torture” is also streaming.

Ecliptic Butchery will see 20 Buck Spin release on LP, CD, and digital on September 28th; the CD version containing a bonus disc which includes the entire Excavated For Evisceration release. Find digital preorders at Bandcamp HERE and preorders for all physical versions and merch at the label shop HERE.

Following tour dates earlier this year with Demilich and Blood Incantation, SCORCHED has just returned from the crushing Poison Fumes Over North America MMXVIII across the East Coast. The tour saw them supporting Portuguese black/death sect and labelmates, The Ominous Circle, and included a set at the massive Migration Festival in Pittsburgh.

Watch for additional live announcements, audio samples, and more from SCORCHED in the weeks ahead.

SCORCHED returns with their second full-length experiment in barbarity, their first new full-length since 2016’s Echoes Of Dismemberment. Earlier in 2018, 20 Buck Spin collected the body of the band’s non-LP material onto the Excavated For Evisceration platter, reintroducing the band under the label’s banner. And yet, Excavated… served as mere appetizer to the main course of Ecliptic Butchery, a sadistic tale of deep space terror and desolate inhumanity smeared in blood red brutality. The eerie bizarre intro of “Blood Splatter Eclipse” sets the unearthly mood of a place far beyond. The band fades in with a savagely slow churn indicating a crossover to a domain where piercing shrieks of pain are to be indifferently lost in the lifeless expanse of the void. The hopeless punishment continues as “Exhibits Of Torture” are everywhere and the “Mortuary Of Nightmares” leads only deeper into the horror until finally a formless mass of “Dissected Humanity” is all that remains.

ACCIDENT PRONE: Stream ‘Deep Wound Red’ From Virginia Metallic Hardcore Outfit EP  Released This Friday

We are now streaming the grinding Deep Wound Red EP by Virginia Beach metallic hardcore quartet ACCIDENT PRONE as the band self-releases the record this week. Which is an Irish exclusive stream!

Unloading six tracks in less than fifteen minutes, ACCIDENT PRONE‘s high-octane attack sound bleeds with technical elements and slamming grooves which merges a classic ’90s metalcore sound with a modern hardcore vibe on the Deep Wound Red EP. The record was produced by Lee Dyess (Against Me!, From First to Last, Evergreen Terrace), mastered by Brad Boatright (Oathbreaker, Code Orange, Full Of Hell), and completed with artwork by Rusty Painter.

With their advance stream of the EP, Decibel notes, “If you like your hardcore metallic with a shot of spastic metalcore, look no further than ACCIDENT PRONE. The Virginia-based group check every box on their new EP, Deep Wound Red, employing dissonant riffs, beefy chugs and a rhythm section that just keeps getting lower and slower… a refreshing take on a crowded genre.”

ACCIDENT PRONE will independently release Deep Wound Red digitally this week and on CD shortly afterward; find digital preorders HERE and watch for CD preorders to be issued in the coming weeks.

Following an extensive US summer tour and a subsequent EP-release weekend, ACCIDENT PRONE will hit the road again in October to support Deep Wound Red further.

Formed in late 2011, ACCIDENT PRONE began their journey by traveling out of town to play shows as often as possible soon after their local debut. After a string of EPs, a split, a full-length record, and several lineup changes, the band fully honed-in on their blend of modern hardcore and spastic metalcore, culminating with the release of their 2016 EP, Love. Hate., produced by Andreas Magnusson (Oh, Sleeper, The Black Dahlia Murder, Scarlet). The band has continued to develop as musicians and songwriters by reaching a new apex on Deep Wound Red, the EP exhibiting the band’s savagely unique guitar riffs and seething, aggressive vocals layered on top of the technical, crushing rhythm section. Even as they’ve strayed into new territory with a refreshing display harmonious melodic sections, ACCIDENT PRONE has continued to stay true to their hardcore roots with an attitude and intensity matched by few in the current DIY scene.

URNE Unveil ‘The Lady & The Devil’ Music Video Horror Film Inspired Clip For London Metal Trio’s Second Single

Continuing to make waves throughout what has already been a fantastic Summer of 2018 for the band, London metal trio URNE have released the video for their second single, The Lady & The Devil. Following on from the bold impact of their first single Dust Atlas, The Lady & The Devil shows the slightly more progressive side of URNE’s music, whilst still being very much a metal song at heart.

For the video for The Lady & The Devil, first released through Metal Hammer last week, URNE wanted to play homage to some of the guilty pleasure horror films of the past. With some very traditional horror story style imagery, culminating in an appearance from Satan himself, The video for The Lady & The Devil was shot by URNE’s own guitarist Angus Neyra in his video directing debut. The video can be seen below:

With support across the UK, including from Metal Hammer, Kerrang, The BBC Radio One Rock Show, Distorted Sound and Echoes And Dust just to name a few, URNE’s debut EP, The Mountain Of Gold is proving a hit with almost everyone that hears it. The EP has been met with widespread critical and fan acclaim, with many reviews noting that while some may listen due to the connections to Joe and Angus’ old band Hang The Bastard, URNE are an altogether different musical animal.

URNE – The Mountain Of Gold Tracklisting

1) Dust Atlas
2) The Lady And The Devil
3) Mountain Of Gold
4) The March Towards The Sun (featuring Josh Middleton)

About URNE and The Mountain Of Gold

URNE was formed from the ashes of popular stoner / groove metal group Hang The Bastard by Joe Nally and Angus Neyra, who were keen to continue working together after Hang The Bastard called it a day. Joe and Angus recruited drummer Richard Wiltshire to complete their line up, and from their base in South London, their debut EP, The Mountain of Gold has been expertly crafted.

The Mountain Of Gold has been produced and mastered by longtime friend of the band, Sylosis and Architects guitarist Josh Middleton, while Stray From The Path’s Craig Reynolds also contributed to engineering duties by working on the drumming on the EP.

The Mountain Of Gold is proving to be a very successful first chapter for URNE, and everyone, including the band themselves, cannot wait to see what comes next.

URNE are:

Joe Nally – Vocals / Bass
Angus Neyra – Guitar
Rich Wiltshire – Drums

KRAANIUM To Release Savage New Album ‘Slamchosis’ Via Comatose Music On October 26th

Be warned – things are about to get nasty… On October 26th Comatose Music will release the latest and greatest album from the kings of slamming, brutal death metal – KraaniumSlamchosis features ten tracks of bludgeoning brutality that take everything to the next level of sickness. Featuring vocals that dredge the sewers of disease with their utter inhumanity, riffs that will crack foundations and disturb the long dead and a twisted lyrical edge that’ll have you choking with laughter, or choking on vomit depending on the depravity of your humour, this album sees Kraanium hitting new peaks of precision delivery at the same time as they plumb new depths of horror.

It’s nearly two decades now since Kraanium erupted from their maggot infested womb and from their first demo, No Respect For The Dead, all the way to 2015s Chronicles Of Perversion they have shocked, outraged and entertained as they cracked skulls and shattered spines in the pit. Slamchosis goes one step further than Kraanium have ever gone before; one step further beyond the boundaries of good taste, one step further on the Richter scale with their earthshaking heaviness.

A new lyric video for the ruthless album track, ‘Blob Of Inhuman Metamorphic Transfusion‘, is being unleashed today at Slam Worldwide, a fitting taster of the carnage that is to come.

Pick your target, kill or be killed, because on October 26th all hell will be unleashed – the ultimate in crushing, pulverising, slamming, brutal death metal is about to arrive.
